Processing time: orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery time: 6 to 10 working days after dispatch, with a tracking number sent to you by email.

Shipping cost: free tracked delivery on all UK orders.

Where we ship: we currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

Lost or late parcels: if your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days, contact us at support@lunadoze.com and we will resend it or refund you.
